Sensex closed at 28,372 gain 18 point and Nifty closed at 8,726 gain
11 points or 0.13%.
the BSE Mid-cap
Index is trading up 0.77% at 13,051 where BSE Small-cap index is
trading up 0.94% at 12,678.
End of the day SBI,
Hero Motocorp, Axis bank, NTPC, Cipla, Tata Motors are gainers while
TCS, ONGC, HUL, M&M BHEl are losing seen on BSE.
The INDIA VIX is
down 0.62% at 15.1450. Out of 1,857 stock traded on the NSE,470
declined, 1,103 advanced and 289 remaind unchanged today.
The benchmark Nikkei
225 index is down 0.69% while China's Shanghai Composite is off 0.68%
and Hong kong's Hang Seng is lower by 0.11%.
Also the CSI300
index of the largest listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen fell
21 points at 3,238 or 0.66.
