Benchmark indices trimmed some of its losses from the morning fall, amid muted global cues.The Sensex declined 118.55 points at 29670, while the Nifty slipped 34.05 points at 9202.95. The market breadth was in the negative region as 784 shares advanced against a decline of 1,823 shares, while 103 shares are unchanged. The Indian Currency opened lower by 16 paise at 64.65 per Dollar.
Today All BSE sectors are opened with negative leads. BSE Small Cap lost 69 points to 14854, BSE Mid-Cap jumped down 22 points to 14356 whereas Bank Nifty lost 32 points to 21703.
In Commodity market, Crude prices expect to trade range bound for the day as overall geopolitical concerns are a boon for oil markets.A risk of caution though as oil inventories remain in the US but refinery runs have started to increase as the summer driving season approaches.
