Today whole day the market is in a strength,ends with high note or Nifty ends above 8,200.
The 30-share BSE Sensex closed at 26,866 gain by 241 points and 50-share NSE Nifty closed at 8,238 gain 68 points or 0.84%.
Today,about 1381 shares have advanced, 1194 shares declined, and 193 shares are unchanged and also the BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices advanced 0.4 percent each.
The domestic currency ended lower at 67.30 per dollar,fall by 22 paise on Monday.
In Asia,China’s Shanghai Composite gained 0.13% and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index was up 1.69%.
Monday afternoon trade shares of scheduled airline companies surged 6 percent and Stocks of Spicejet surged 6.45%,Jet Airways 6.75%.
