The S&P Sensex
is trading at 27,985.67 down 4.54 points,while NSE Nifty is trading
at 8,623 down 8.25 point.
The BSE Mid-cap
index is trading is up 0.65% at 13,029 where BSE Small-cap index is
trading up 0.45% at 12,490. Maruti Suzuki. NTPC, Cipla, Infosys,
Bajaj Auto are the gainers, were Lupin, TCS, HUL, Tata Steel BHEL are
loser.
The INDIA VIX is
down 0.4%at 13.8550.out of 1,849 stock trad on the NSE, 552
declined.916 advanced and 381 remained unchanged today.
The Rupee opened
lower by 8 paise at 67.14/$ against US Dollar Tuesday as against the
previous close of 67.06/$.
Asian market shares
in Hong Kong are lower today as the Heng Seng falls 1.16%. The Stock
markets in Tokyo and Shanghai are closed at this time and European market are mixed today. The CAC 40 is up 0.72% while the DAX gains
0.31% the FTSE 100 is off 0.53%.
