Stock markets opened with positive leads today. Sensex hiked 200.24 points to 28184.61 and Nifty rushing towards 8,727.00 by gained 57.60 points to 8716.70. All the major sectors are trading in the positive zone. BSE Auto with 96.89 points lead at 22337.30, BSE Bankex with 302.11 points hike at 22529.39 and Bank Nifty with 235.55 points hike trading at 19647.65, are leading of all the sectors. Mid cap sectors are also rising with high points lead. The BSE Small cap has hiked 92.04 points till yet to 13443.93, BSE Mid cap has gained 67.04 points to 3619.75 and Nifty Mid-cap is high with 89.80 points to 16024.05.
About 1511 shares have advanced, 626 shares have declined, and 136 shares are unchanged.The Indian Rupee opened lower by 0.06 paise at 66.73 per Dollar.
Asian Market Update: Asian Markets, is showing average movements today. Japan's Nikkei hiked 196.93 points to 17195.84, Hong Kong's Hang Seng has gained 161.47 points to23466.44 and Shanghai Composite trading down 2.69 points at 3082.03.
