The Indian stock market is gradually picking pace even though global concerns remain. Today's Share market opened flat. The BSE Sensex is up 59.94 points at 27587 and the Nifty trading up 19 points to 8533.
Maximum sector trading with positive leads. BSE Small Cap hiked 64.86 points at 13372.24, BSE Mid-Cap trading up 31.17 points to 13225.17 and Nifty Midcap 100 jumped up 52.75 points at 15651.55.
In Commodity market, Gold declined 151 points at 30,515.00 and Silver lost 340 points to 43,739. In Asian market, Japan's index Nikkei trading down 307 points to 17134, Hong Kong's index lost 19 points at 22791, China's index Shanghai Composite jumped up 36 points to 3139.70.
Overall 1760 shares have advanced, 795 shares have declined, and 110 shares are still unchanged.
Hero MotoCorp, BHEL, L&T, Maruti and L&T are top gainers in the Sensex while ONGC, Sun Pharma, Asian Paints, NTPC and Wipro are losers in the Sensex.
