Erasing early gains, the market has become completely flat. The BSE Sensex is up 182 points at 26457 while Nifty 40 points at 8149. About 1006 shares have advanced, 1092 shares have declined and 106 shares are unchanged. Indian currency Rupee is opened lower by 0.06 paise at 67.78 against US Dollar. Reversing its two-day lost, the rupee recovered by 19 paise to 67.55 against the US dollar in early trade today on fresh selling of the American currency by banks and exporters.
Maximum BSE sector are trading with positive leads. BSE Small Cap gained 24.19 points at 11926, BSE Mid-Cap hiked 105 points to 12082 and Nifty Midcap 100 jumped up 23.65 points at 14326. In Commodity market, Gold trading up 27 points at 29,347 and Silver 53 points high at 41,460.
In Asian market, Japan's index Nikkei hiked 208 points at 17876, Hong Kong's index Hang Seng jumped up 117 points at 22441,
China's index Shanghai Composite dropped 4.37 points to 3202.
