On the second day of trading week the market has opened lower as compared to previous
close.The 30-share BSE Sensex is at 23,605 fall down by 144 points and the 50-share NSE Nifty also opened below 7,200 declined by 60 points reached at 7,174 or 0.63%.
The market breadth was weak as about two shares declined for every share advancing on BSE.
From the next financial year (1 April 2016) the five new indices Nifty Midcap 150,Nifty Smallcap 250,Nifty Full Midcap 100,Nifty Smallcap 50,Nifty Full Smallcap 100 would be published.
The Indian rupee opened marginally lower by 5 paise at 68.65 per dollar against previous close.
