In the early trade on Monday the market is climbing or in a green note.
The 30-share BSE Sensex is at 23,411 gain up by 371 points or 1.6 percent.
And 50-share NSE Nifty gain up by 149 points trading at 7,130 or 1.99 percent.
In early trade the market breadth was strong as about 811 shares are advanced
against 168 declining shares on the BSE .
Against Friday’s close of 68.23 a dollar,today the Indian rupee has opened marginally
higher at 68.19 per dollar.
Gainers and Losers in early trade:
Adani Ports,Tata Steel,Axis Bank and L&T are top gainers while BHEL and Bharti Airtel
are losers in the Sensex.
