At the end of Wednesday the market ends with a very high note or Sensex ends with a gain of above 400 points.
The BSE Sensex gain up 438 points closed at 25,338 and NSE Nifty 50-share closed at 7,735.20 up by 138 points or 1.82%.
The BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices rising over 1.8 percent and about 1873 shares advanced against 750 declining shares on BSE.
On Wednesday Japanese stocks fell as the Yen strengthened against the dollar.
The Nikkei share average fell 1.3 percent to 16,878.96 for its lowest close in nearly two weeks.
The JPX-Nikkei Index 400 declined 1.6% to 12,249.67.
