On Tuesday end of the day the market closed with a negative note or Nifty fell to hold the level of 7,600 in last hour of trading session.
The 30-share BSE Sensex closed at 24,900 slipped down by 65 points and 50-share NSE Nifty closed at 7,597 down by 18 points or 0.24%.
And the market breadth was weak throughout the session,about two shares declined for every share advancing on the BSE.
Other Pharma stocks like Sun Pharma,Cipla and Dr Reddy’s Labs also have a ripple effect falling 2-4%.
Excel Industries shares ended with nearly 14% gains today and the stock surged 12.33% on BSE to end at Rs 226.
