Infosys' lower-than-expected earnings & guidance and contraction in factory data & higher retail inflation weighed market sentiments on Thursday as the BSE Sensex fell more than 200 points intraday. The Sensex was slipped 182 points at 29431 while the Nifty below 200 level cross in late Trade, down 52.65 points at 9,150 weak global cues weighed on the marker.
No late Recovery helped equity benchmarks close Wednesday session after RBI credit policy unchanged Repo rate at 6.25 and raising reverse repo By 25 basis Points to 6 percent, forecast a 7.4% growth in 2017-2018.
