RBI Governor Raghuram rajan Left the benchmark repo rate unchanged on tuesday. The RBI kept the repo rate,
the key rate at which the central bank lends money to commercial bank at 6.5% retail inflation in june was 5.77 %well above 5% target set by the central bank.
